Chef and Guide
We are looking for a chef and guide to join our team!
Are you motivated, hardworking, and looking for new experiences? Do you enjoy preparing food for guests? Do you have experience in the tourism industry, and do you love welcoming guests from all over the world? You might be the perfect fit for our amazing team!
This job involves a mix of different tasks; every day is unique! Are you ready to serve breakfast in the morning, take a group of tourists on a RIB safari with king crab in the afternoon, and host a team-building group in the evening? That could be your workday!
As a chef and guide, you’ll have the most varied role we offer, and you’ll be involved in the entire process from preparation to cleanup. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, have a positive attitude, and have experience in the tourism industry.
Typical duties may include:
- Planning menus and cooking for groups.
- Preparing various types of food and using different ingredients.
- Guiding tours (ATV safaris, RIB safaris, king crab safaris, snowshoeing, and ice fishing…)
- Preparing for excursions/safaris and cleaning up afterward
- Preparing and serving king crab
- Organizing and maintaining tour equipment

Qualifications and characteristics:
- Valid driver’s license (minimum Class B)
- Fluent English
- Creative, solution-oriented, and flexible
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to go the extra mile
- Good attitude and a team player
- Outgoing and service-oriented
- Knowledge of French, German, Italian, Spanish, or other languages is highly valued
