Opportunities with us

Guide – Summer Season

Become part of our most intense and energetic season, where you’ll work closely with international guests from all over the world. As a summer guide, you’ll lead experiences such as king crab safaris, RIB tours, and ATV safaris, often for cruise tourists and bus groups. The role combines hospitality, activities, and responsibility for maintaining equipment and areas.

Guide – Winter Season

Experience the Arctic winter adventure up close. As a winter guide, you’ll take guests on activities such as king crab experiences, ATV rides, ice fishing, and snowshoe hikes. You’ll work with both bus groups and corporate tours, helping to create safe, atmospheric, and memorable experiences.

Guide – Full-time

A year-round position for those who want a central role in our operations. You’ll work across seasons with both summer and winter activities and play a key role in hospitality, operations, and maintenance. A varied and rewarding role in a dynamic environment.

Guide – on-call

As an on-call guide, you step in as needed and contribute to both summer and winter experiences, ranging from king crab and RIB to ATV, ice fishing, and snowshoeing. A flexible role for those who want to be part of our team as needed.

Boat Captain – Summer Season

As a boat captain, you are a key figure in our maritime experiences. You lead king crab tours, rafting trips, and participate in active fishing, while ensuring safety and quality at sea. The position combines guide duties and offers a varied workday close to the Arctic Ocean.

Desired qualifications (boat captain)

  • D5L certificate
  • VHF course (or ROC)
  • Passenger and crisis management course
  • Medical certificate for seafarers
  • Basic safety training
  • Valid driver’s license (minimum Class B)

  • Have a cheerful disposition, are outgoing, and contribute positively to the team
  • Has a good command of English, preferably multiple languages
  • Holds a valid driver’s license (minimum Class B)
